What kind of APIs does Virta provide?​

Most of Virta APIs are so called "pull" asynchronous APIs, when data is requested by an external system. For real-time data, we are currently piloting OCPP data streaming gateway that streams OCPP messages from chargers connected to Virta platform. For analytics, customers can access certain data points via APIs and process them in the BI tools of their own choice.​

How easily can I integrate Virta platform with my existing platforms (e.g., mobile apps, CRM, ERP)? How long will it take?​​

Virta API interfaces are designed and technically implemented according to common industry standards. The speed of integration depends on the complexity of use cases underneath and customer team’s own development pace​

How frequently are Virta APIs updated, and what is the roadmap for future improvements?​

Virta APIs are updated on continuous basis, based on our product strategy and customer needs. API related changelog can be accessed here. Virta's objective is to provide most of its platform functionalities/capabilities via APIs.​

Is there technical documentation available for Virta APIs?​
